Terms of use

Last updated: 27 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and [Individual entrepreneur — full legal name] (tax ID [tax ID], [registered address], Yerevan, Armenia) about using the Oror app and the website oror.party. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use Oror.

Who can use Oror

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account. You are responsible for the data you enter about your children and family.

Your account and family

  • You sign in with your email and a one-time code. Keep access to your email safe.
  • The owner of a family can invite members and choose their role: parent (can edit) or viewer (can only see). Invite only people you trust.
  • The owner can remove members at any time. A removed member loses access immediately.

Your content

Photos, notes and other content you add stay yours. You give us only the permission needed to store, process and show them to the people you chose, for as long as they are in the app.

Do not upload content you have no right to, or content that is illegal, violent or sexual. We may remove such content and close the account.

Our content

The guide cards, stories, texts, illustrations and the design of the app belong to Oror or are used under licence. Classic tales are in the public domain; our retellings and new stories are protected. You may read them for your family but not republish them without permission.

The development guide is not medical advice

The guide describes typical child development and suggests activities. It does not diagnose, treat or replace a doctor. Always ask a qualified health professional about your child’s health. In an emergency, call 103 in Armenia or your local emergency number.

The parents’ market

  • Oror only provides the space for listings and chat. Sales, swaps and gifts are agreements between parents. Oror is not a party to them, does not hold money and does not guarantee items.
  • Follow the market rules. We may remove listings and limit or close accounts that break them.
  • Meet in safe places and check items before paying.

Fair use

  • Do not try to access other families’ data, break the security of the service or overload it.
  • Do not use the app to send spam, harass people or collect other users’ data.
  • Do not copy or resell the service.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Oror available and your data safe, but we cannot promise the service will never be interrupted. We may change features; if a change affects you significantly, we will tell you in advance in the app.

Price

The current features of Oror are free. If we add paid features, the price will be shown before you pay, and nothing will be charged without your clear consent.

Liability

Oror is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for agreements between users in the market. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Oror and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, and will tell you why.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Armenia. We will try to resolve any dispute by talking first; write to [email protected]. Otherwise disputes go to the courts of Armenia, without limiting the rights you have where you live.

Before the public launch these texts will be reviewed by a lawyer. The substance will not get weaker.
